Subscriptions
You can cancel, pause, or skip any subscription anytime from your account dashboard. Refunds on subscription orders follow the same 30-day window from delivery.
Exchanges
If you received the wrong product or a damaged item, we'll send a replacement free of charge — just send us a photo within 14 days.
